The main subject matter of the Conference 'Economy and Efficiency – contemporary solutions in logistics and production 2010' is: 'Innovations in logistics and manufacturing – new concepts, solutions, styles, models and methods'. Logistics, manufacturing and management (both in practice and in theory) have developed numerous effective and useful operation principles which ensure a correct course of business processes and flow of goods and facilitate the decision-taking process within business organisations and the entire supply chain. The changing and dynamic marketplace on which enterprises operate results in the so-far effective principles being subject to verification, evolution and development. The new principles, techniques and methods are successfully applied to modern and innovative practice.
